The Cheerful Lobotomy is a mental health center of maximum security that houses 12 inmates who spend their days looking for opportunities to escape. No matter how delirious the plan, they will try everything and almost always without success.

While the final opportunity to escape arrives, we will know the day-to-day in the institution and the relationships that are established between the inmates, the management of the center and the security personnel.
